There will not be refunds for not being pleased with the items the customer orders.
These rules are simple yet strong and strict enough to keep customers from forcing me to give refunds or returns. The standards are for issues that would come from Oak and Antler and/or Printful’s end.
Any refunds requested after 15 days of the estimated delivery date will not be approved. The 15 day limit is in line with Printfuls’ time limit making it to where Oak and Antler can contact Printful within their time frame to fix the issues.
If orders have issues, the customer has 15 days after the estimated delivery date to report the issue and request a refund. If there is an issue with the product, because of Printful, they will receive a full refund on Printful’s expense. If the issue is because of something Oak and Antler did, we will have to complete the refund.
When the item is returned to the sender the company will reach out to the customer and ask if they would still like to receive the product. If so Oak and Antler Apparel will cover the shipping charge. If not, Oak and Antler will have Printful hold the item in their warehouse till it is ordered again by another customer. Prinftul does this for free.
